our philosophy
Finding and realizing attractive real estate projects is our passion. We pursue sustainable and innovative strategies for upgrading real estate. The focus is always on the acquisition of developable real estate, with the aim of a long-term increase in value, sometimes through targeted investments in the substance, as well as an intensification of the rental yield through sustainable asset management. Spatially, we mainly focus on residential and commercial properties with gastronomic use in cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants in NRW. We have been successfully implementing our buy & hold strategy, coupled with property revitalization, with our team and in cooperation with project partners for several years. Our secret? We love what we do.
We (Robert and Christian Ragge) were born in the Rhineland and grew up as brothers in the same family. After finishing school, like many of our fellow students, we had great difficulties finding suitable apartments. The limited living space in Cologne only offered us high-priced student apartments, some of which were in a very poor condition. We decided to change this and started buying and renovating several micro-apartments, renting them out through our own operating company APARTMENT 4 ME
henceforth furnished and coupled with additional services for students and young professionals. After the success of the first projects, we expanded our activities. To this day, we prefer to buy, renovate / modernize multi-family houses in the cities of North Rhine-Westphalia, create additional living space through targeted expansion of unused areas and, once the properties have been added to our portfolio, optimize their performance through professional administration management.
