This object is a representative shop directly at the Eigelsteintorburg.
The restaurant had to be completely renovated:
- Core renovation
- WWVS of the ceiling
- Installation of steel beams
- Basement drained and refurbished
- New floor with underfloor heating
- New windows
- New electrical lines
- New water pipes
- Core renovation of the sanitary rooms, new fittings and modern ceramics
- The facade was newly plastered and painted
