Project: Refurbishment of Meister-Gerhard-Straße 19, Neustadt-Süd
- The facade was plastered and painted

- The walls of the stairwell were smoothly plastered and painted white, and equipped with new lighting
- New division of the rooms on the different floors
- A specially made loft was built into each room as a bed
- The walls on all floors were smoothly plastered and painted white, the floor is made of a design PVC
- All bathrooms have been completely renovated, new tiles, new ceramics and new fittings
- The existing communal kitchens on the ground floor and in the attic have been completely renovated and equipped with a modern and large fitted kitchen and a large table with chairs as a lounge
- The inner courtyard was painted, the floor covered with pebbles, a wooden pedestal was built: two large tables with benches offer a nice opportunity to stay outdoors, as well as a possibility to park the bicycles
