Facade:

• Enhancement of the facade
• Renewal of the windows
• Greening of the inner courtyard through tall trees (privacy screen)
• Enhancement of the inner courtyard wall with a custom-made metal front by the artist Andreas Reimann

Indoor area:

• The entire building was gutted
• New design of the entrance / lobby area
• The electricity and water lines were renewed
• Revision of the ventilation shafts and air conditioning units
• The sanitary facilities were renovated to a high standard and equipped with showers
• Renewal of video surveillance
• Establishment of a model floor as a showroom for potential tenants
• The work is currently being continued, the potential tenant (s) can incorporate their wishes regarding the equipment
